Our 9 inch gourmet cheesecakes are made with Philadelphia Cream Cheese, fresh eggs, and cream. We then bake them at a low temp. They are a creamy New York cheesecake and are delicious! Please give a 4 day notice when ordering. Occasionally, we may have a cheesecake on hand. We can make any combination so, if there is something special you would like, please let us know.
